Worked great
Bought for a backpacking trip and it worked out wonderful. Smart design that allows you to bite down on the straw to release the water flow. Thereâs also a valve to stop accidental water spills. The only thing I wasnât too fond of was the filling cap was so wide and bulky. That makes it a little awkward to fill it up and close once itâs full, but it wasnât a deal breaker for me.

Works great
Got this as I do 20 – 30 plus miles each ride and usually carry a gallon of water or more in backpackNow I can carry the same amount and not have to stop to pull jug from bag and repackFills easy and hanger catches on inside compartment of bag I use which is a regular compartment backpackHas not leakedBite valve can take getting used toReally have to clamp hard on it to get a good flow of water if not it’s small sipsOverall I’m probably going to add another or a smaller one for bike frame bag

Great design
This water pack is super easy to use, the opening is wide and the handle helps a lot. Good quality and fit into my backpack without any problems.

Best Water Reservoir – Dispenses much more water per sip than any other!
I loved this product so much. I’ve always purchased backpacks that include the water reservoire, like from Walmart, but they all had a weird taste, were flimsy, hard to fill up, and dispensed a drip of water. This CamelBak is worth every penny! I purchased it because I wanted something reliable to take on my trip to Havasupai. It carries 3L of water without being bulky. The material feels sturdy, long-lasting and the lid is so easy to screw on and off. With other types of water reservoirs, I had a hard time filling up, but not with this. The biggest plus for this product was the fact that I was able to drink so much water with just a few sips. It dispenses much more water than any other reservoir I’ve used. That in and of itself is the biggest reason I strongly recommend this product!

Works as expected
Great for my day long hikes. There is a chemical smell at first but it does go away!

Mostly great but can leak
I’ve used these for years. Hard use on the trail, road trips, etc. They are awesome but they can and will leak, especially with time as the material becomes more brittle/aged. The most annoying leak point I have is where the hose connects into the bladder — I just came back from a trip and my bag is wet because it slowly soaked while sitting in the car. The other leak point is when screwing the lid on but that’s user error (although I wish they could find a way to make this impossible with a better thread/locking mechanism).

Tremendous bladder for rucking
Excellent for rucking â 3L / 100oz plenty of water to tote for long rucks. Itâs bigger than you think so if youâre going for compact, get a smaller one. Rides well!

Keeps form and holds water
No crazy taste from the bag. Seals great. No leakage. Mouthpiece is comfortable and opens and closes easily. Lots of water fits this. I take it on 100+ rides and never need to stop for water. Very durable. Love it.

Semplicemente perfetta, chiusura precisa e supporto stabile

Very satisfied with the latest edition of Camelbak 3L water reservoir. They increased the width of the hose to allow more water flow, modified the filling cap for even easier opening and closing, yet seals perfectly. Additionally they modified the drinking valve, in my opinion a more practical and efficient style, along with the universal adapter, so one may attach a more appropriate insulated hose for winter conditions. I would highly reccomend you pair this up a Camelbak Backpack which can support 3L reservoirs.
