    Perfect for backpacking
Super light weight, added a few of my own items but overall has a good selection of first aid products.

A great car kit for the family
As a family of four, we have two cars and always seem to run out of bandaids at home. We looked at pricing a DIY medical kit, but things quickly got expensive and weren’t as “self contained” as the individual drug pouches, etc. We look at a lot of kits and many contain a lot of stuff we wouldn’t know how to use or what to use them for. These adventure medical kits include essentials, with some nice additions (like Duct tape). These are better priced and equipped than comparable kits (like from your car dealer or some others) and doesn’t have a lot of “waste” and have a lot of the stuff I would’ve gotten on my own in my DIY kit, but at a better overall rate. So, we got 3, 1 that lives in each car and 1 that lives in the house that we take with us on trips (lightweight enough to carry on a hike or even on vacation).Kids inevitably get scrapes and cuts. Parents tend to get headaches. Now, I’ll keep an eye on the expiration dates for the medicines in these kits…I would have to anyway if I made my own kit (stuff expires). And while I don’t know if the medicines or tape or band aids are brand names or generics in this kit, it’s a good price and seems to have everything I’ve ever needed. It feels good to know that, in the car, I have enough on hand to quickly address an issue for 1-4 people. You can determine whether the smaller kits make more sense…as, let’s face it, the odds of 4 people getting injured all at the same time is slight…but, I like the feeling that I have enough “stuff” to quickly apply first aid to my entire family and that I don’t have to “skimp” on a dressing because it can handle more than 1 person.

Excellent lightweight waterproof first aid kit
I like this kit so much I have purchased 3 times for myself (boat / everyday carry pack / kayak), and have purchased to give as a gift as well (for a hiker). Small, lightweight, and waterproof (so far)—great for a wide variety of activities. I supplement with some extra bandaids, medicine, fish hook removal kit and it all fits in the case easily. Nice kit.

  4. Jennifer

    High quality, ultralight
I love the light weight and the fact that the pouch is water resistant. I always replace the bandaids with better ones, and I add some additional gear and take a few things out. It’s rather expensive though for a small kit.

  5. Alatorre

    Senderismo
Me gusto por el tamaño no es muy grande ni muy pequeño y pienso que tiene lo suficiente para los primeros auxilios lo básico diría yo y tiene la bolsa impermeabilizante y tiene un seguro la bolsa

Great kit for camping, backpacking, and day trips
I ordered this medical kit for backpacking and camping trips a few months ago. So far we’ve only used a couple bandaids and moleskin from it, but it’s very lightweight and small which makes it easy to pack away in our backpacks, daypacks or camping bin. It has held up and kept everything dry through regular morning dew, and the bag itself has a little bit of extra room, so we’ve been able to add a few extras such as ibuprofen and allergy medicine to the kit as well. It’s super convenient and priced very well for the quality and quantity of what your’e getting.

A whole lot of preparedness in a small package
We are pretty active old broads, but as my sister and I get older we are looking to lighten our hike/camp loads. This is a real nice collection of emergency medical supplies for our now usually shorter excursions. I will tell you that based on our years of experience, for us I added some nurses’ utility scissors, waterproof tape, loose Band-Aids, some antacids, heart attack aspirin and a day of our routine meds (it’s hell to get old!) and more duct tape for routine use without opening the waterproof packs, and some individually packaged blood clotting sponges just in case, but still it weighs in at less than 14 oz., doesn’t take much space, and makes me feel confident that we’ll most likely have what we need in an emergency. I suggest that everyone customize their supplies to their specific circumstance, but this kit is a great place to start especially for a small crew for a couple days.

Saved my family when we needed it!
This kit came in handy when my grandfather fell and got a cut behind his ear at my house. We weren’t able to take him to the urgent care right away and this kit had everything we needed in the meantime. My aunt who is a nurse practitioner was even impressed and used it to bandage him up. I’m so glad I was prepared and will definitely recommend everyone to have one in their home. You never know when you could need it.
